As The country continues struggling back to normality in the aftermath of Barney, there's a good read over at Not A Lot Of People Know That relating to the true purpose of the upcoming climate do-dad to be held in Paris. It dates to a few days ago but a couple of you may have missed it.
The article centres on this lady, Christiana Figueres, who appears to be yet another in a long line of nutters who've wormed their way into positions of some import.
What does she do? She's the executive secretary of U.N.’s Framework Convention on Climate Change. What does she want? To destroy capitalism. What do we think? She's nuts. Although, to be honest, you wouldn't think so just going by her photo…
"At a news conference last week in Brussels, Christiana Figueres, executive secretary of U.N.’s Framework Convention on Climate Change, admitted that the goal of environmental activists is not to save the world from ecological calamity but to destroy capitalism."
Nice comment below the piece copied below this piece with the usual apologies to the commenter;
Rick B…
"That doesn’t alter the fact that Christina ‘Tinkerbell’ Figueres is the kind of unelected, unpleasant, incompetent, narcissistic bullying follower of her own lifelong vanity project that a troubled world would be better off without in a position of influence."
This lot would appear to be just another bunch of terrorists but this lot are able to operate completely openly as the majority of world leaders give them the cover of legitimacy.
Quote; Kurt Vonnegut.
"True terror is to wake up one morning and discover that your high school class is running the country."

Jeysus Mac.. do you really have to post such gruesome images on a Sunday? My eyes are stinging. Is that creature male or female? It looks like Satan in drag. Next time give us some warning, please.
Ripper,
Scary isn't it? Sorry about that but it was in the corner of my eye all the time I was typing.
Relax and cleanse your mind and come along with Kelly and me watching the stars which is far more conducive for a pleasant Sunday;

Ahhh.. that's better. I had no idea you are into electronic music. Don't know whether you've heard of Jens and Per Kilstofte. Its kinda lively yet laid back and resembles (a little) 1980's computer music. I can only find a few of their tracks on youtube, but every easter we have a charity bike run for the kids, with over 4,000 bikes in attendance. This year one guy has made a time lapse video from onboard his bike and put it on youtube. It is set to 4 of the Kilstofte tracks and I think it goes fantastically well with the video. I think it has the same kind of hypnotism as your vintage video clip of the tram travelling through New York. Anyway, check it out.

Ripper,
Happy to help ease the pain. I inflicted the pain so it's only right I ease it I guess.
Your link? Check it out I did and will link to it in the next post. Nice.
Thank you my friend.
