Second blow had another scary name and was forecast to blow the UK into Europe. However where wot we live it resulted in a nothing burger, just a short period of typically strong winter wind. It didn’t
even move the garden bucket or ruffle the back-door outside mat.
I did see the ‘news’ was still in hyper scary mode this morning with ‘reporters’ needlessly reporting from various outside windy
wet locations. There were also a phew clips of damage. How lucky is that to have your camera pointing at a tree at the precise moment it comes down across a car or road eh? Or should that be ...across a car AI? I have no
idea but, for sure, the old adage ‘believe half of wot you see and nothing that you hear’ is becoming ever more relevant day-by-day...
