And Then, The A Question...

With one volcano recently popping out a little pop and threatening to do a big pop, and another, a tad closer to home, also now threatening to pop one wonders what effect a couple of big pops will have on the climate. Happily here in the UK we are ahead of the game and as a counter measure we’re going to double the price of disposable plastic shopping bags. Hah!! Get out o’ that one Mother Nature!!

In other news, I see the trickle of fellows crossing the channel to these shores is starting to accelerate a tad. One question never raised by our ever inquisitive, seekers of the truth in the MSM is a simple one. Did these folk walk a million miles for one of our smiles carrying those Zodiacs and outboard motors or did they pause in France, get gainful employment and save-up to buy one? If not, where did all those Z-boats come from? Magic?

Donated or stolen? If ‘donated’, then by whom? If stolen, from whom where they stolen? Did the original owners report the theft? If so, when will those Z-boats be returned to their rightful owners? Also, if stolen, one would assume the folk in the boats are the stealers – or at least partly culpable by making use of stolen goods - and thus one would further ask; are they going to be sent back to France to face criminal charges? Simple questions MSM so get out there and see wot you can dig-up. My breath will not be held.
Note to ‘investigative’ journalists; it may take more than a quick Google...

All that aside, why do these fellows want to escape the EU, an area we’re continually being told is perfection personified, to come to a country attempting to escape the EU and thus become a hellhole of poverty, hunger, strife and misery?

Quote;  Mark Twain.

“Often it does seem such a pity that Noah and his party did not miss the boat.
