And Then Drax...

I’m betting you’ve seen this over at Not A Lot Of People Know That but just in case, there it is. Sums up the total folly of the burning of wood pellets.  And the Matt cartoon is scarily close to wot’s coming our way.

Then the BBC radio round our way today has been wall-to-wall sea rises of a meter within the next eighty years owing to global warming. It’s getting relentless again is it not?

I say again, I doubt this home of ours even registers as a speck of dust in the vastness of the space we’re in and trust me, it is a big space we’re in. Never ending sound big to you? Right now, it’s us humans turn to run things but just because we’re smart enough to come up with smartphones doesn’t mean we’re smart enough to control the surface temperature of this speck of dust.

We’ll be gone  soon anyway, come the the next cataclysm and, dependant on the severity of the cataclysm, some other species will take over top spot and be faced with a whole new set of hot an’ cold, wet an’ windy parameters.

Having repeated everything, I may as well repeat the quote.

Quote;  A.E. Samaan.

“The Earth is nothing but phlegm spat out by the Sun, and our immediate solar system a whirlwind of boulders. There is no "delicate balance".”
