And Then A Windmill Link….

I’m probably late with this, but please do that click thing and have a read of this.

Your mum show you that news Hippy Skippy Huhne? Bit of a bummer eh?

Whoa, wait just a minute, what’s this? Well, turn me over with a turbine!! The report was written by an environmental group. Bit of a bigger bummer eh?

You know what? I’ll tell you what. it’s only what a lot of people have been trying to tell you for a while now, right? You little rascal.

What to do now? For a start, get off to bed with no supper. Again. Then, and this is probably a bit grown up for you I know, so get some help, figure out how you’re going to keep our lights on in the not too distant future.

I realise it’s not all down to you, as you folk are surrounded by very cleaver people investigating and advising you on all this stuff, but for the benefit of us people out here who quite like a bit of the ol’ electrickery, could you possibly take a moment and check out your ‘cleaver people’ wot are advising you? All done? Good. Now, please sack all those who are wearing sandals, ‘T’ shirts with pictures of bears or tigers, have a wind chime hanging by their window and/or a small crystal pyramid on their desk. If anyone’s listening to Andean pan-pipe music just put them out of our misery right there and then. Thank you.

Just to be on the safe side, you better keep an eye on ‘em as they scamper off home to make sure none of them runs with scissors, okay?

By the way, if you need some windmill de-commissioning cash, you may be able to grab a loan, at a favourable rate, from Pakistan – sorry, Pakistarrrrn. Seems they just got a gift of a wedge from somewhere.

A word of warning though; with Portugal, Ireland, Spain and Italy all sniffing round as well, you’d better act fast to be first to the cash stash!

{Sadly, I still can’t here the happy sound of pennies dropping. It has to drop soon though, right? Right? Please?}

Quote; Bertrand Russell.

“Our great democracies still tend to think that a stupid man is more likely to be honest than a clever man, and our politicians take advantage of this prejudice by pretending to be even more stupid than nature made them.”

Windmills, weather; I couldn’t resist this old un’;

Anonymous.

And here is the weather forecast;
Tomorrow will be muggy. Followed by Toogy, Weggy, Thurgy and Frigy.”

Mac,
Never cease to admire your self-restraint ref. Huhne. Rascal - pillock, surely? At the v. least. And I won't even stray into the quality of his eyesight when it comes to differentiating twixt members of the opposite thingy...

Nevertheless, it occurs to me that it won't be very long before even HMG realises that the old ackers are in short supply and Mrs. Huhne's little boy will find that his tuckshop money will not quite stretch to his latest folly.

I'm going to let the side down now and observe that Huhne has the sort of face that one just can't stop hitting once one has started...

Caratacus, further to your comment re never getting tired of hitting him, the phrase, 'Face like a blind cobblers thumb' springs back to mind.
The money? A complete mystery to this simple sap. Money; we have none. But......
