In relation to a comment/link left by Ripper, I was left wondering if we have any privacy left? We’re watched when walking or driving. Folk seem to like talking/ listening to tin cans. You think a call on a smartphone is private? Text messages aren’t ‘out there’? So many folk addicted to unsocial media wot requires some of their information to use and then folk seem so happy to put personal info and thoughts ‘out there’ as well.
On top of all that we have Billy at the Window. Thus a link for your information. Don’t skip the video. And don’t for a moment think it’s only Billy...
By-the-by, have you tried this site? Down a little way, click ‘proceed’ then select the port scan and it’ll show you any iffy bits. A favourite – if that’s the right word – is to find your open to PING requests...
I believe I mentioned before that way back in the day, when Farcebook was new and a must have, I actually signed up. Not long after, I decided I didn’t use or need it so requested that my profile and all info held about me, be deleted. To sign-up took moments; to delete took weeks. Unlikely, but it might be easier now.

“Privacy is dead, and social media hold the smoking gun.”
Erik Qualman.
“Social media has made the web all about me, me, me.”
Ana Claudia Antunes.
“Facebook asks me what’s on my mind. Twitter asks me what’s going on. LinkedIn wants me to reconnect with my colleagues. And YouTube tells me what to watch. Social Media is no reality show or Big Brother. It’s but a smothering mother!”
