And Then, It Must Be...

   ...true, it was on TV. This is from the comments a couple of days ago, but worth a Ripper post, so let’s have the to-and-fro below which Ripper kicks-off:
   Fear ye not - we have discovered how our MSM are getting those reports of
folk dropping dead in India... and a further link here.
   I, that would be me now, watched the above and thought, ‘Nah, that’s getting air-time as showing Gaza not India’ thus I replied with these two links. First up is this bit. Second link,
students protesting from 2013.
   To which Ripper replied with this:
   This proves my point - I didn't know that the video originated from Egypt in 2013 (that date is on the YouTube clip and the comments are from 7 years ago) - but regardless of its origin, it is now being used for propaganda purposes.
   Another example - a couple of weeks ago, the ITV evening news showed scenes of women sitting in the streets in India, sobbing and wailing whilst others lay dead or dying. ITV broadcast this as the effects of the Indian variant of Covid, yet there was something familiar about it to me. Then I remembered - the footage being shown was actually from the
Vizag gas leak at the LG Polymer facility in 2020.
   A couple of years ago one of the big news channels in the USA (ABC) showed footage of a Turkish night attack on Syria - very dramatic and the same footage was on our main news as well. It was actually video of a gun club event in the USA - the 2017 Knob Creek night shoot in Kentucky.
   So there you go. Sorry, this is me again. The truth is out there but, damn, it’s getting very hard to find. For the thousandth time, believe half of what you see and nothing that you hear.
   May I end with a bit I’e possibly already have put here? A bit I copied from I remember not where, for which I apologise, which gets more relevant with every passing day, nay, minute;
”So people who haven’t been sick all year are willing to risk getting sick from a shot to feel protected from something that hasn’t made them sick all year? Hello?”

Quote;  Frank Sonnenberg.

“The only difference between being uninformed and misinformed is that one is your choice and the other is theirs.”
