I note that the equalities folk have won – nay, reversed - the day as it’s a rare moment when it isn’t a young lady correspondent or weather person on the TV now. I really don’t have a problem with that as, at times, it can be more entertaining than wot passes for entertainment these days.
Take the gem this AM with the young lady doing the talk-over of the final demolition of that flyover in Genoa. She told us all that a ship loaded with steel for the new flyover was already “...waiting outside on the water.” What a balloon. And if she was reading from a script prepared by someone else, that’s two balloons. Better not forget the editor...
Other than that and climate, known as weather by most of us, and everything LGBTQUERTY being relentlessly hammered into susceptible heads, I see that Vlad the Lad seems to be the only fellow who’s speaking sense to the silent majority in recent times, an act that’s sure to send the usual never silent suspects into a frothing frenzy.
