Well, so, it’s been a while but small tasks around the house have occupied my time and mind.
You’ll be familiar with those little tasks that, when younger,
you’d fix on the spot right? However with ever increasing age firstly you think, ‘I can live with that’ then realise how many livable with minor problems there are so decide to get ‘em fixed. Thus another
age ‘problem’ kicks in. Every little task took over my old head for at least twenty-four sleepless hours until completed. Anyhoo, all caught up now and I’m back in relax mode.
In other ‘news’
I see a bit o’ bother’s kicked off far away. You spot a spooky similarity of thought like wot I thought?
Some nut job awakes one morning here and decides this is the day they’ll head out with a long pointy jobby and
attempt to do damage to those whose belief system they don’t believe in. However, if caught they will spend some time in a comfy prison with three hots and a cot before being released back into a life of unlimited bennies.
However, if a chap way up there tells some lad to get in his jet and go drop bombs on some folk whose belief system he doesn’t believe but gets shot down and caught, will he
spend some time in a cosy prison before being released and sent home? Let’s think about that for a minu.. a second eh? I know, I know, it’s just a parallel thought wot popped into my tired old swede.
On a happy note I’ve just received notification of the rise in my state pension. Good news? Good news for the tax man. Give and take by the grubbyment once again. More take away from the robber barons here.
Let’s give that no never mind as I also see those wot would rule and rob us have given themselves a five percent money hike. How cool is that then?
I also caught a bit about some folk been
mortally offended by some word used by a sick fellow at wot I first thought was the bath-tub awards. This transpired to be the BAFTA awards; whatever they are. Anyhoo, have those upset folk ever given this a listen?
And I’m sure they’ve never tried this cheeky number; Timidadians please give it a pass and move quickly on...
