And Then It's Worth Many Words….

After the recent big bear poking ploy by Turkey, a country our leaders would like to see join the EU club of clowns, Recep Erdogan has warned Vladimir Putin not to 'play with fire'. I'm pretty sure Vlad the Lad will take due note of that and possibly present Mr Erdogan with some of his own fire to play with.  The picture below, shamelessly lifted from way down in the comments to a piece over at Order-Order, says so much so simply. So cleaver, so true;

Further to that, there's an interesting little video from Czech Independent TV over at Gates of Vienna with the sort of content, relating to refugees, you'll have trouble finding featured by our own MSM.

All in all, a kind o' depressing run-up to Christmas is it not? Never mind; it's for sure a damn sight more depressing in other parts of our sad world than it is here.

Thank heavens for Black Friday eh? Wot? It was yesterday? Damn, and I really needed to get a… Only kidding. No, I didn't needed to get it then and no, I don't needed it now. All I really needed at the end of yesterday was the hope that today would roll round and that I'd be fully aware of the fact. That it did, I am and really that's all that matters as there's absolutely nothing I can do about anything else.

Stop Pixel!! Mr Cummerbund has just made an important announcement, relating to bullying in his party, that a 'proper enquiry will be held.' A proper enquiry? As to opposed to what Dave? A pretend enquiry? An improper enquiry? Give your head a shake before you speak Dave, you're supposed to be the boss; you're talking to the country now, not class 4-B back at boarding school, okay?

"Oh the gladness of their gladness when they're glad, And the sadness of their sadness when they're sad; But the gladness of their gladness, and the sadness of their sadness, Are as nothing to their badness when they're bad."
