After the recent big bear poking ploy by Turkey, a country our leaders would like to see join the EU club of clowns, Recep Erdogan has warned Vladimir Putin not to 'play with fire'. I'm pretty sure Vlad the Lad will take due note of that and possibly present Mr Erdogan with some of his own fire to play with. All in all, a kind o' depressing run-up to Christmas is it not? Never mind; it's for sure a damn sight more depressing in other parts of our sad world than it is here.
