And Then Sheep Did Come….

This link was left in the comments and I highly recommend a click even if you only have a passing interest in sheep.

Anonymous, knowing how busy you are commenting on all the sites and Blogs out there, sometimes several times on one topic, may I thank you for taking the time to pass that on.

As that link kept me awake replaying, I thought about exercise as a way to encourage sleep to come see me.  The key words there are, 'Thought about'.  What seems to be working best at the moment is the gentle sound of falling flooding and below is a nice clip that kind o' sums up my feeling on exercise.  I like this guy; he seems to be on my wave length. Or viccy verky.
Stay tuned and, later in the week, I'll glue a nice little Christmas toon on here.  Why not?  It's way after August, right?

Quote;  Ellen DeGeneres.

“My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was sixty. She's ninety-seven now, and we don't know where the heck she is.”

            Neil Armstrong.

“I believe that every human has a finite amount of heartbeats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.”

Thanks. That's quite amazing - and scary when you see it like that. I may go by boat next time!
