And Then It Was Wet Windows….

A wet Saturday, so how about a little more Toni Childs?
I’m fighting a sudden{?} outbreak of condensation right now, with the slightest hint of mould appearing near streaming bedroom windows – double glazed windows. More as I progress. No more if I drown.
My little nest of vipers is enquiring if mushrooms will grow in the mould if we leave it long enough. If not, will the mould be edible? You think I’m kidding? No more here if I eat.
If ‘Her indoors’ isn’t kidding, read this and please, please, please tell me they’re kidding. Please. They must be, right? They’re grow up, cleaver people. Oh....

Quote; Ronald Reagan.
“Government is like a baby. An alimentary canal with a big appetite at one end and no sense of responsibility at the other.”

Poor poor Mac - never be surprised at the lengths our masters will go to in order to spend money which is not theirs to spend.

Thay may be adult in body but their minds are like unto children and are not clever. A certain low animal cunning perhaps, but clever? Nooooo no no.

Now look what's happened - here was I enjoying a small tissue restorative and you've made me think about awful people. Redeem yourself with a Joke. Immediately!

For some reason, a piece of advice from an old (and venerable) martial arts master of mine sprang unbidden to mind:

"Beware the man who boasts twenty year's experience when all he has is one year's experience twenty times"

Or as Dick Puddlecote so wonderfully puts it, “Now, I've mentioned before that most MPs are so dense they could bend light.......”

Apologies - I hope to revert to form this evening. But they do drive me nuts.
