Well, you seen the ‘news’? You believe the hyper ventilating over a period of possibly high winds? Little girl ‘reporters’ littering our TV screens being blown about and telling everyone else to stay indoors? Seems Mr Bojangles has also had one of they Cobra meetings. Yo, Bojangles, it’s wind. We get gales in the winter here, some have very strong wind. Hell, we can even get ‘em in the summer sometimes.
Is this the same country rattling the sabre at Vlad the Lad? Really? A country being beaten into being terrified to go out on a windy day? Hello? Man, Vlad must be rolling about in hysterics.
On the plus side, Eunice seems to have blown co-co of the ‘news’ cycle top spot. However, as the winds die down there’s always the chance that ‘experts’ will soon discover a new strain of co-co wot was carried in by the recent windy conditions.
Anyhoo, if it don’t get much worse and windier anywhere than wot it currently is where I be, Storm Eunice is going to have to be downgraded to Storm Eunuch pretty soon...
Below is a bit I glued together many years ago using a tap-top, Billy’s built-in Movie Maker and Acid Express with a handful of free loops for the sound. Good fun for windy winter evenings, once you’ve confirmed you’ve seen all the TV has to offer twenty times already.

“On cable TV they have a weather channel - 24 hours of weather. We had something like that where I grew up. We called it a window.”

Fer God's sake Mac, stop giving em' ideas. On the plus side, I bet Michael Fish is over the moon to find Eunace to be a damp sqib. There was total devastation here, some garden chairs got blown over and someone's empty wheelie bin came rolling down the road. But still being optimistic, it was bin day and mine managed to stay upright. So am fortunate that I didn't have to venture from behind the sofa to go pick them up.
Love the quote, we had windows too. However there's a modern alternative. Timidian warning.

Ripper,
Only behind the sofa? We were under the stairs...
Like the video, I'd consider a talking tin can like that. Full volume;
to use a comment I saw somewhere, "The neighbours like it so much, they smashed my window with a brick so they could hear it better."
