Well, so, the early morning news was very exciting and gave the merest hint of a glimmer of hope that the fight-back against these untouchable fringe fanatics may have started and the MSM were in total foam flecked meltdown.
Well done Mr Field, I say, with the way you dealt with what could have been, in these weird days, a threat to others. And all those other fellows that the young lady trotted past before being stopped? Hang your heads in cowardly shame.
Of course, the mistake Mr Field made was not taking a couple of hours to complete a risk assessment and get it signed off by someone more senior before springing into action.
However, if you give that no never mind, it was all going so well then wot happened? Mr Field goes and apologises... so in a heartbeat, a young lady who was intent to do, who knew wot at the time, has become a legend in her own yogurt pot and that Field fellow goes from hero zero and has been suspended from his place of work. Minority group nutters win again.
Finally, imagine for one moment, if that young lady had been a member of UKIP eager to make a point. Would it be Sir Mark Field, VC and Bar by now?
