In the news today is the report from the USA of a lady who was out and about waterfowl shooting with her trusty twelve gauge and supposedly trusty Labrador.
It seems the good lady took a break and placed the twelve gauge on the ground. So far so cool. Then the supposedly trusty Labrador stepped on the gun and it fired hitting the lady in the foot. Bad dog!!
The bad dogs name? Trigger…
A conservation officer is reported as saying the lady hadn't completed a hunter education course. Bad lady!!
Quote; P.G. Wodehouse.
“The fascination of shooting as a sport depends almost wholly on whether you are at the right or wrong end of the gun.”

Truly, "God moves in a mysterious way His wonders to perform; He plants His footsteps in the sea and rides upon the storm." I wonder if that lady is kin to the heroic young gentleman in this video clip ...

Caratacus,
If, I say again, if I was ever dumb enough to do something like that, I'd score a direct hit between the eyes.
Some people just don't deserve nice ball caps...
