Unsurprisingly, our ‘news’ is dominated daily by wot Vlad the Lad is getting up to just over the way. It’s fascinating to note how our media are failing to mention the spooky parallels that are so obvious to us down here regards wot Vlad’s doing and wot that young fellow wot’s top dog over the water in Canada is doing is it not? And that Canadian fellow hasn’t even left home...
You think that old man in the US, rather than reading out hurty words aimed at Vlad on the TV, should be thinking about looking at beefing up his own countries border with Canada? Who knows these days.
Time for this timeless number once more you think?
Anyhoo, attempting to look on the bright side, co-co will be put to sleep tomorrow. However, all you multi punctured people and filthy in-punctured, be warned, long{?} co-co could quite possibly result in your blood clotting and your heart stopping. And don’t ever forget the short and long term mental health issues co-co is causing. Allegedly. My advice? Especially regards your mental health, rather than watching the ‘news’, flip channels and watch Sponge Bob Square Pants...
To end on a totally different note, as you know the TV is full to overflowing with death and funeral plans so for sure you’ve seen the one wot starts with the young lady saying something along the lines of, “When mum said she didn’t want a funeral I was a bit confused...” I always want to finish the sentence for her, “...then I remembered she was still alive.” Script writers please take note.
On a similar note, a few weeks ago I received one of they marketing letters from a very well known organisation wot will remain nameless here, and the closing paragraph started, “Once you have had received...”. Ah shacks ma heed. Whoa! Right on queue! Isn’t that, like, a totally, like awesome idea?
Quote; Howard Zinn.
“One certain effect of war is to diminish freedom of expression. Patriotism becomes the order of the day, and those who question the war are seen as traitors, to be silenced and imprisoned.”
