And Then A WASPI Weapon...

Remember when the ‘progressives’ thought it was such a great and cool idea to foist gender neutral toilets on us? Remember some said this could open the floodgates{pun?} to all sorts of craziness? Remember the naughty fellow who was caught doing naughtiness and was sent to gaol but identified as a lady so was sent to a lady only gaol and the ‘problems’ that resulted in?  The freedom to identify as to wot you wont to be on a daily basis? Everything has to be gender neutral, right? Never mind transgenderism, what about transspecism. Remember the cat kid?

Anyhoo, now I note, with no great surprise, that a sixty-nine year old fellow wants to lower his age to forty-nine as he feels, at sixty-nine, disadvantaged when visiting online dating sites. Hello? Anyone home?
”Emile Ratelband (69) argues that if transgender people are allowed to change sex, he should be allowed to change his date of birth because doctors said he has the body of a 45-year-old.”

Oh the joys of watching the laws of unintended consequences unravel before our eyes. However there is an obvious upside to this age identification thingy.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if all those WASPI women who’ve lost-out on the start of their state pensions  owing to the government changing the pension age, for those born at the wrong time,  from sixty to sixty-five, are watching this chaps claim carefully and if  successful, demand, en masse, to have their ages recognised as sixty-six then collectively kick ass ‘till the government gives them their rightful state pensions as per their new age. Wouldn’t that be an unintended beauty?

Would it work for fellows also?  Those in power would obviously fight any and all claims tooth and nail and that would result in wot... the legal ‘profession’ jumping on the bandwagon of course so we could expect an advertising blitz from such as We-Change-Any-Age.com

“It’s paradoxical that the idea of living a long life appeals to everyone, but the idea of getting old doesn’t appeal to anyone.

  1. This 69 year old chap seems quite willing to forgo his state pension for a further 20 years.
Why doesn't he just cheat on the dating sites, or maybe he did and got found out?

  2. FrankC,
Good point. Sometimes it's hard to spot who's taking the rise out of who.
